These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15.2. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises between you and House of Ortus, we encourage you to first contact us at hello@houseofortus.com to seek an amicable resolution. If the dispute is not resolved through negotiation, it shall be settled by arbitration in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
• The arbitration will be conducted in English.
• The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding.
• Each party will bear its own costs related to the arbitration, except where awarded otherwise by the arbitrator.
16. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site and our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if:
• You violate these Terms and Conditions.
• You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive behavior.
• We are required to do so by law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
