At House of Ortus, every piece is thoughtfully made-to-order to ensure quality craftsmanship and minimize waste. Please read our policies carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Policy 

● All garments are stitched only after an order is placed. 
● Standard production timeline: 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and public 
holidays). 
● Shipping timeline: 4–5 business days depending on the delivery location. 
● Total expected timeline: 9–12 business days from the date of order confirmation. 
● Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once the 
order has been dispatched. 
● Delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural 
calamities, strikes, or pandemics) are beyond our control, but we will assist you to the 
best of our ability.
