Refund policy

We want you to love your House of Ortus piece. If for any reason you are not satisfied, 
please note the following: 

Exchange Policy 

● Exchange are accepted within 7 calendar days of receiving the product. 

● To be eligible for an exchange, items must be: 

○ Unworn, unwashed, and unused. 
○ All original tags and packaging intact. 
○ Free from stains, perfume, or damage. 

● Customized or altered items are strictly non-exchangable, as they are made uniquely 
for you. 

● To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service. Our team will guide you through the process

. ● Once the product passes our quality check, the exchange item will be processed 
within 4–5 business days.

● Any product received in a damaged or defective condition must be reported to us 
within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting photos/videos, for resolution. 

● Items purchased during sale/clearance events are non-returnable and 
non-exchangeable. 

● House of Ortus reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges if the product does 
not meet the above conditions. 

● Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Customers must arrange and bear the cost of return shipments; House of Ortus does not provide return pickups. 

Refunds 

● Refunds are issued only after the returned product passes our internal quality check. 

● Refunds will be issues in the form of store credit and is valid for 1 year.

● Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. 

● In case of COD orders, customers may be asked to provide bank details for 
processing refunds.
